The Market at Serendipity sets up in the courtyard of Serendipity Salon and Gallery at 1020 E Walnut St. most First Fridays.
There is plenty of close-by parking on the street meters, in the Short Street Garage, and at the Wabash Bus Terminal.

WHEN IS THE MARKET OPEN?
The artisan market is not open on Sundays. It is open most First Fridays.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Each vendor manages their stall and sets their form of payment. We encourage all our guests to bring cash in case alternate payment options are unavailable.
WHICH VENDORS WILL BE AT THE MARKET?
We have a variety of vendors participating during the season, offering everything from local produce to health and wellness products. No two markets may look the same.
Where can I park when I visit the market?
Parking downtown is plentiful! Read the signs to make sure you are in a legit parking spot.
Can I bring my dog to the market?
Only certified service animals are allowed on the premises of Serendipity; this is for the physical safety of patrons as well as food safety concerns.
Can I eat at the market?
Of course. The artisan market is a great place to have a delicious snack. There is often a prepared food vendor offering excellent treats you can eat at the market or take home for later.
What types of products can I buy at the market?
Our vendors vary each week. You might find artisan bread, baked goods, jewelry, prepared food items, handmade crafts, health and wellness products, and more.

Local Farmers who raise produce (fruits, vegetables, flowers, and plants) and who produce animal products such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs, cheese and honey.
Artisans who sell hand-made art and craft items which have been personally created. Best practices regarding sustainability, use of local resources and organic and/or natural materials are encouraged.
Prepared food vendors who personally prepare the food and who utilize as many local ingredients as possible.
Health and wellness professionals who either provide services or products related to health, wellness or beauty.

1. Columbia Farmers Market
Location: MU Health Care Pavilion at Columbia’s Agriculture Park, 1769 W Ash St
Schedule: Saturdays year-round (8 AM–12 PM April–October; 9 AM–12 PM November–March); Wednesdays 4–7 PM (late May–early September)
Overview: As mid-Missouri’s largest producer-only market, the Columbia Farmers Market showcases over 80 vendors offering fresh local produce, meats, eggs, cheeses, honey, plants, and artisan goods—all sourced within a 50-mile radius.
